Live Activities let you see your Trace events and tasks at a glance on the iPhone Lock Screen and Dynamic Island.
You can check today’s schedule and real-time progress without opening the app, helping you stay focused and manage your day more efficiently.
When Live Activities are enabled, they remain visible on the Lock Screen for up to 8 hours.
After 8 hours, they automatically end, but you can restart them anytime—or keep them running continuously by using iOS Shortcuts.
To use Live Activities, you’ll first need to make sure they’re allowed in your iPhone’s system settings.
How to enable Live Activities in iOS:
